Yes everyone wants their rewards, but they WILL come in due time. Then you wonder why you lose, and rail against the game saying it's broken.

"I want the blueprint so I'm picking this character regardless if it's good for the whole team" or "I'm playing this character because it's who I like to play fuck it if they aren't super useful on this map". Honestly, it comes down to people playing the game selfishly. Continue to rock their shit while your high damage dealers take out the legs when they drop. If you are playing a character skilled at crowd control, focus on the instakill beasts! Whittle them down while your teammates collect Aleph. Again, this goes back to team composition. You WILL run out of ammo, and when you need to run around and get some, you won't have any to defend yourself against those instakill beasts that will spawn out of control at anything above 30 percent MMR. If you're playing Enemy Within, it isn't a smart strategy to constantly feed Aleph to bring his legs down. That doesn't mean ignore the waves of enemies spawning to the point where they get out of hand and no one can move an inch without getting Night at the Roxburied by Elites. Yes, if there is a boss dealing damage to said boss is certainly a priority. No one needs a Doldren on a boss map.įurthermore, when you are playing a map, remember to at least TRY to multi task. However, if you are really stuck on using a specific character for your blueprint reward then you need to restrict your matchmaking search to maps where that character would be useful. Now, if you're thinking "but dude, I need to play this character to get my print!" I hear you. Those four together give you the perfect clue as to what a good team might look like, and a good starting point to mull over when you're looking at a map and it's objectives and deciding which characters would work well together. You have a sniper who deals big damage but has low health, a tank with a gatling gun, a "well rounded" (as close as the game gets) character in Alicia who is good for crowd control, and a close range/brawler damage dealer with a shield. If you think the game is not clear about particular roles characters fill, then you need to take a harder look at the starting four in your roster. You might get away with this at low MMR, but once you get in to the 30s this shit will not fly, and ESPECIALLY not with an antagonist who has any clue wtf they're doing. Two Locals with 60 HP on the same team is NOT a good idea either, much less having three of them. So when you get matched up you need, like you REALLY NEED to remember that this is a team based game. Okay guys I'm going to go on a bit of a rant here, but I'm going to try and keep it from getting too long as I have a tendency towards being a bit too verbose.
